Contingent troops are organized from 36 Scouts and four adult leaders from the entire 13-county Central Minnesota Council. Central Minnesota Council plans to send two troops to Jamboree, but is on a waiting list for a third troop. Each troop has been assigned a special Jamboree troop number, 1417 and 1418.

	Troops will meet several times to prepare for Jamboree, including a required prejamboree encampment.
	Patrols will camp and cook utilizing the principals of Leave No Trace.
